Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between AllMyKids (hereinafter "the Corporation") and users in connection with the use of internet-related services provided by the Corporation.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "User" refers to any person who accesses the Corporation's services and uses them in accordance with these Terms.
- "Member" refers to a user who has registered by providing personal information and has been granted a member account.
- "Non-member" refers to a user who uses the services without registering as a member.
- "Service" refers to all internet-related services provided by the Corporation that users may access regardless of the device used.
- "Sponsorship (Donation)" refers to monetary contributions made by users to support the Corporation's programs.
- "ID" refers to a unique identifier chosen by the member and approved by the Corporation for identification and service use.
- "Password" refers to a combination of characters set by the member to verify their identity and protect their information.
- "Post" refers to any text, photos, videos, files, or other content uploaded by users within the service.
Article 3 (Posting and Revision of Terms)
- The Corporation shall post these Terms on the website so that users can easily access them.
- The Corporation may revise these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
- When revising the Terms, the Corporation shall announce the effective date and the reasons for the revision at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date.
- If a user continues to use the service after the revised Terms take effect, the user shall be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
Article 4 (Supplementary Rules)
Matters not covered by these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations, the Privacy Policy, and other operational policies established by the Corporation.
Article 5 (Conclusion of Service Agreement)
The service agreement is concluded when a user agrees to these Terms, submits a membership application, and the Corporation approves the application.
The Corporation may refuse or defer approval in the following cases:
- Using another person's identity or providing false information
- Violating applicable laws or regulations
- Applying for commercial or profit-making purposes
- Engaging in conduct that interferes with the Corporation's operations
- Having previously had membership revoked under these Terms
Article 6 (Management of Member Information)
- Members may view and edit their personal information through the My Page section.
- Member IDs cannot be changed once registered.
- Members are responsible for managing their passwords and shall not allow third parties to use their accounts.
- If a member becomes aware that their account has been used without authorization, they must immediately notify the Corporation.
Article 7 (Protection of Personal Information)
The Corporation shall comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal information. The handling of personal information is governed by the Corporation's separate Privacy Policy.
Article 8 (Provision and Modification of Services)
- The Corporation shall provide services 24 hours a day, year-round, in principle.
- Services may be temporarily suspended for system maintenance, equipment replacement, or other operational reasons.
- When the Corporation changes or discontinues services, it shall notify users through the website or other appropriate means.
Article 9 (Notification to Users)
The Corporation may notify users via email or by posting on the website's notice board. For notifications to all users, the Corporation may substitute individual notices by posting on the website for a period of seven (7) days or more.
Article 10 (Obligations of Users)
Users shall not engage in the following activities:
- Violating applicable laws and regulations
- Using another person's information without authorization
- Using the service for commercial or profit-making purposes without the Corporation's consent
- Infringing upon the copyrights or intellectual property rights of the Corporation or third parties
- Defaming or damaging the reputation of the Corporation or third parties
- Distributing obscene, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content
- Hacking, distributing malicious software, or interfering with the service
- Any other conduct that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate
Article 11 (Obligations of the Corporation)
- The Corporation shall make its best efforts to provide services in a stable and continuous manner.
- The Corporation shall protect the personal information of users in accordance with applicable laws.
- The Corporation shall establish procedures to address inquiries and complaints from users and shall handle them in good faith.
Article 12 (Restriction of Service Use)
The Corporation may restrict or suspend a user's access to the service in the following cases:
- Violating these Terms or applicable laws
- Using another person's identity
- Hacking or unauthorized access attempts
- Infringing upon the rights of others
- Interfering with the normal operation of the service
- Failure to log in for more than one (1) year
- Receipt of a corrective order from a public authority
Article 13 (Copyright and Management of Posts)
- Copyright in posts uploaded by users shall belong to the respective authors.
- The Corporation may use user posts for the purposes of service operation and promotion.
- Copyright in content created by the Corporation shall belong to the Corporation.
- The Corporation may delete posts that are deemed inappropriate, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms without prior notice.
Article 14 (Sponsorship Application and Payment)
- Users may apply for regular sponsorship (CMS automatic transfer) or one-time donations.
- Non-members may also make one-time donations.
- Sponsorship payments are processed through the Corporation's designated payment systems.
Article 15 (Modification, Cancellation, and Refund of Sponsorship)
- Regular sponsors may request to change or cancel their sponsorship at any time; however, if the request is made after the monthly withdrawal date, the current month's payment may still be processed.
- Donations are non-refundable in principle, as they are classified as charitable contributions.
- Exceptions may be made in cases of payment errors or system malfunctions, subject to verification.
Article 16 (Use of Donations)
- Donations shall be used for programs supporting children overseas and other projects aligned with the Corporation's mission.
- The Corporation shall publish an annual project report disclosing how donations were used.
Article 17 (Termination of Agreement)
- Members may request termination of their membership through the My Page section at any time.
- Upon termination, posts created by the member shall be deleted, except for posts on shared/public boards.
Article 18 (Disclaimer)
The Corporation shall not be liable in the following cases:
- Service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or system failures
- Issues arising from causes attributable to the user
- Accuracy or reliability of information posted by users
- Payment processing failures caused by external payment institutions
- Temporary service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance or equipment repairs
Article 19 (Dispute Resolution)
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Any disputes arising between the Corporation and users shall be submitted to the competent court as prescribed by applicable law.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms of Service shall take effect on April 1, 2026.
